The President of the first truly full-service home renovation company in the New York City region, Mayan's IT needs are as diverse as his company's services. As full-service providers with national recognition in various media from "The Today Show" to Forbes.com, MyHome is involved in hundreds of simultaneous projects from kitchen and bathroom remodeling jobs in Manhattan to full-scale green construction projects in New Jersey and Westchester. Before UPTIME
Working with an outdated system that periodically shut down from viruses and other complications, MyHome had spent a lot of time managing their own internal infrastructure rather than the numerous renovation and construction projects on their docket. Several different IT professionals were able to patch the system long enough to get things up and running for a little while, but simply weren't equipped to overhaul and update MyHome's entire system.
With UPTIME
Based on a referral from a friend, Mayan turned to UPTIME to revamp their IT solutions for all three offices.
